Recently purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan. Dealership stated they did a 150 point inspection and the vehicle has never been in an accident nor smoked in. Again, speaks volumes about your customer service and follow through. 18 APR 24 EDIT: Filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office through Veterans Support. 18 APR 24 EDIT: Got a phone call from the “sales manager” named Mike who was, argumentative, unapologetic, kept talking over me, and offered no solution. Stated he didn’t even know why to call me and was told I had questions. I don’t have questions, I have a major issue in which the dealership needs to take a little bit of responsibility and step up to fix this issue. More
