went in for oil change and tire rotation. service advisor said car was due for alignment check. has 25000 plus miles. kia"s normally do not need alignments. when car was ready he said all was service advisor said car was due for alignment check. has 25000 plus miles. kia"s normally do not need alignments. when car was ready he said all was fine.when i got home the back pages of report stated i asked for brake fluid service,which i did not. due at 60,000 miles.also said i told him my battery was dead.i did not. not a happy camper. Recently purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan. Dealership stated they did a 150 point inspection and the vehicle has never been in an accident nor smoked in. Took the truck to the Nissan dealer and it’s definitely been in an accident. Currently working with the BBB do have this issue resolved. 17 APR 24 EDIT: You respond to my post with an email that I’ve emailed twice with no response. Again, speaks volumes about your customer service and follow through. 18 APR 24 EDIT: Filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office through Veterans Support. 18 APR 24 EDIT: Got a phone call from the “sales manager” named Mike who was, argumentative, unapologetic, kept talking over me, and offered no solution. Stated he didn’t even know why to call me and was told I had questions. I don’t have questions, I have a major issue in which the dealership needs to take a little bit of responsibility and step up to fix this issue. More

I purchased a Ford Raptor here from out of state. I was told several times everything has been checked and in good condition. The truck arrived and the sunroof doesn’t work.
