I never fill out these reviews, but we had such a good experience with Kia of Leesburg that I wanted to share it. We have always been loyal to another manufacturer and had never considered Kia, but on a w experience with Kia of Leesburg that I wanted to share it. We immediately liked the car, but it was working with Christian Cronin at the dealership that sold us on Kia of Leesburg. No pressure. Just the information that we needed when we needed it. We were scheduled for an oil change. Upon arrival we sat in our car 5 minutes before anyone approached us. Finally after a few more minutes we were finally talking to a service rep. While waiting in the waiting area we did get the video of them working on our car. That was nice! We saw our car outside, finished. It was in line with several other cars. We waited 45 minutes to get our car after the work was completed. We tried to get someone’s attention but we’re ignored by numerous people. Some of these elderly gentleman were just walking around without any sign of a job function. Still no one asked if they could help us. We were not the only frustrated customers. If not for the free oil changes that comes with my new car, I doubt I will ever return. More
