I waited over 5 1/2 hrs for a oil change tire rotate and someone to tell me what I already told them so they would have the part in which they did not. Now I have to take off again to go back so they can ch someone to tell me what I already told them so they would have the part in which they did not. Now I have to take off again to go back so they can charge me another 169.00 to put a simple latch on my driver's door. Redicilious after charging me 388.oo with coupons for oil and tire rotation.
