Dealer needed my 2020 Telluride and we negotiated on a 2023 Telluride which I purchased. All good until I found out from finance mgr that I couldn’t carry over my service contract from old to new (which I 2023 Telluride which I purchased. All good until I found out from finance mgr that I couldn’t carry over my service contract from old to new (which I had done years earlier on my 2017 Sorento). Reason?, because new dealer had taken over dealership. Although I’ll be getting small refund on my old service contract I had to purchase new and more expensive one, thereby raising my monthly lease payments about $275!!! Outrageous, poor customer service. More
