Problem wasn’t fixed completely. Charged $420 to replace part that other local dealer was selling for $50 less. Then told me another part needed to be replaced at $1,200. Went home and found option in owners manual that fixed the remaining issue. The mechanic should have known this. More

I was greeted and offered refreshments in a friendly manner. The inspection looked thorough with the short video I was provided. I was told where we were at toward the end of the service and was provide manner. The inspection looked thorough with the short video I was provided. My 16 year old daughter went in for her first oil change, and was SO NERVOUS! Mario and the team took excellent care of her and made sure she was comfortable througout the process.
