Kelvin kept the atmosphere light and enjoyable and never tried to push us into a deal we didn't want. Jonathan Bowling was our finance guy and was just as professional and intent on making our experience enjoyable as Kelvin. Felt like I was with family the entire time. Have bought many other cars from other places and this by far is the best experience I have ever had. Definitely recommend these guys if your looking for a new cars. More

He is very knowledgable & informative about Kia cars, especially if you are a first time buyer. Very personable & easy to work with, patient, never in a hurry and answered all my questions! I have never had a salesman explain the vehicle I was purchasing from front to back and he did not let me drive away until he personally had shown me how to work all the gadgets and synced my phone. The finance manager was also great to work with. He was personable, concerned about my experience and how I came to the Kia dealership as well as making all the paperwork easy and quick. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kia of Lagrange. Ask for Kelvin. More
Window repair I brought my 2012 KIA Sorento to LaGrange last week for recall work plus the window on the driver side was broken. I was told it was the switch NOT t I brought my 2012 KIA Sorento to LaGrange last week for recall work plus the window on the driver side was broken. I was told it was the switch NOT the motor. Since my warranty was out (35,000 miles and 5 years old) they said it would cost over $300 to fix. They gave me all the information in writing and I took it to a place closer to home and they said they could fix it for $250. Long story short it was NOT the switch but most definitely the motor. I would think KIA would know their cars a little better. The staff was amazing but the service (information I received) not so much. More
