Kia Multi-Point Inspection It was time to bring in my new car for the 9 month first multi-point inspection. My 1st time I made an appointment I wasn't able to keep because I am disabled & I get sick quite often. So I called to cancel & I spoke with a real nice employee "Patty" who works in scheduling. I explained my situation and she said I could call back when I felt better or I could reschedule online. So when I felt better I was able to schedule online with my cell. I was surprised & able to do very easily. I was offered an appointment within thirty minutes. When I arrived I felt very welcomed just like I did the night I purchased my car at Kia Of LaGrange. Tony Johnson, Sales and Leasing along with John Gerderman General Sales Manager. They stayed after Kia had closed for the day to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase & content with my financing. When I arrived for my first multi-point inspection I was greeted & helped by Service Adviser Jerry Keith, he was very professional & fast! He offered me: Wireless Internet Access, Charging Stations for my cell/computer, a variety of Snacks (not the cheap kind either), & last but not least water or coffee. I would highly recommend Kia of LaGrange for either service or purchasing a vehicle. More
