Our concern had to be escalated from the Service Advisor (Lizzie Hendricks) to her Manager. Erik Lett, hung up the phone on us while we were still talking to him JUST because we didn't understand his point (Lizzie Hendricks) to her Manager. This was the VERY FIRST TIME we receive that kind of customer service from a Manager. If the Manager, who is supposed to be the person in charge to deescalate a situation, reacts that way, that makes me think the staff don’t really care about their customers.
