I left this experience extremely disappointed. Instead of acknowledging and correcting the mistake professionally, I was told that they would simply dissolve the financing agreement and leave me to deal directly with the dealership. That response felt more like a threat than an attempt to resolve the issue. I also discovered that an incorrect VIN number was being used to value my trade-in, which understandably affected my confidence in the accuracy of the entire deal. Rather than carefully reviewing the information and working toward a fair solution, I felt like my concerns were dismissed. Another disappointing aspect was the repeated pressure to purchase additional coverage after I had already declined it. Ironically, once I said no, the numbers suddenly improved and the deal became more favorable with a lower price. That left me questioning why those better terms weren't presented from the beginning. This experience was a significant departure from my previous interactions with the dealership, which had been much more positive. I came in genuinely interested in trading in my vehicle and reaching a deal that would be fair and mutually beneficial. Instead, I was met with a cold, dismissive attitude that made me feel like my business was no longer valued. Buying a vehicle should be built on trust, transparency, and professionalism.
