Morgan is an absolute joy to work with! I have been going to Kia for over a year now, and I hope to only work with Morgan as he knows my car, me personally as a client and cares about my needs. He is exceptionally proactive to reach out with concerns or needs, and always gives a realistic diagnosis for what I should expect with my service. If Morgan doesn’t have an answer, he always makes sure to research my questions and follow up immediately which makes more feel important. I feel very comfortable with him and Kia is truly lucky to have him as a team member, I suggest Morgan and Kia of Everett without any reservations whatsoever! More
