My daughter and I stopped at Kia of Everett on December 26, to check out a couple of used vehicles that we had seen online. We were greeted by Sean Williams, who welcomed us with a huge smile and an offer 26, to check out a couple of used vehicles that we had seen online. We were greeted by Sean Williams, who welcomed us with a huge smile and an offer of hot beverages before sitting down to talk. Mr. Williams listened attentively to our "wish list"and unfortunately had a prior appointment so he brought his coworker Elisa Daniel over to see us through a test drive. Although we did not purchase a car, Ms. Daniel provided us with a very informative drive and Mr.Williams followed up with us the next day (via phone call) to see if there was anything else he could do to help us in the pursuit of a new-used car. We gave him a more detailed list of what we are looking for and are confident that he will reach out to us again if a match appears. We appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and attention to detail from both of these sales reps. Thank you for a positive experience! More
