Customer service is solid and always feel like I am well taken care of by all the staff. In particular Kaitlyn Sajonas is on top of her game when it comes to customer service, attentiveness and helping to q taken care of by all the staff. My experience with Cristina Benitez and Carson of Kia has been nothing short of spectacular. Kia of Carson is not the closest Kia dealership to my home, but it is the only Kia dealership that I do (and wil been nothing short of spectacular. Kia of Carson is not the closest Kia dealership to my home, but it is the only Kia dealership that I do (and will continue to do) business with. The dealership is a little shy of 20 miles from my home, but the great customer service that I receive is absolutely worth taking the drive. The service department, especially Cristina, is always professional, attentive, honest, and friendly too, when I need service/maintenance on my vehicle, or even when I just have questions. They are also very accommodating with scheduling appointments and they make everything very smooth and easy through the use of things like sending status updates via text, as well as allowing for payments to be made through the website or link sent via text. They are very thorough with the videos of the inspections that are sent and the documentation that is sent. As a woman, I feel safe dealing with Kia of Carson. I also love that they will drop me off and pick me up from the mall while I wait for my vehicle. I truly appreciate the service that I receive from Cristina Benitez and at Kia of Carson. More

She never acted as if she was in a rush, yet I know your service department is extremely busy. I’ve owned 3 Kia’s and I’ve bought them all from your dealership and I’ve never been fully satisfied with the service department. Typically you don’t return calls, my appointment time is always overbooked, and often there is a can’t do attitude as opposed to a can do mentality. I’m in the customer service business and Kaitlyn just restored my confidence in Kia of Carson. Honestly, she should be mentoring the rest of your staff. She truly knows how to satisfy her customers and retain your customer base. I felt like I was dealing with a real person as opposed to a bot. More
