Christina has been working with us for over 2 years with the various issues my car has experienced. She has been nothing short of amazing in making sure we are always taken care of. Generally when I go to this dealership for routine maintenance visits (I’ve never had anything major that needed urgent repair), the service advisors Generally when I go to this dealership for routine maintenance visits (I’ve never had anything major that needed urgent repair), the service advisors pile on extra unnecessary services onto my initial quote, often totaling well over $1,000 and I always have to question everything on the quote. Davonna was honest and never tried to nickel and dime me for anything extra or unnecessary. It was so refreshing! Davonna’s positive attitude and great sense of humor was wonderful! Watch out for this dealership,, they get customers on there warranties,, probably just gas pump goes out and they try to say it’s your fault cuz you put contaminated gas for u could pay for it,, there g there warranties,, probably just gas pump goes out and they try to say it’s your fault cuz you put contaminated gas for u could pay for it,, there going to get a major law sue for false service,, they got it all together with there corporate,,, I’m sorry but gas pumps don’t go out on contaminated gas ,, pump is made to pump gas forward to motor,, we where happy with this Kia until this happened,,, so disappointing,, specially it a big dealership ,, look in to it in Google this kia Carson and a lot the same issues with gas ,, I tried ,, like they all got in the same plan to charge there own customers ,, no more Kia for us,, More
