15,000 mi checkup After placing three separate calls and leaving messages with the service department, I was very disappointed that I did not hear back from anyone con After placing three separate calls and leaving messages with the service department, I was very disappointed that I did not hear back from anyone concerning the service reminders that kept coming up on my car computer. On Sunday I called Kia one more time and was able to get in touch with Shawn in the service department. He was great because he went through all of the needed service within the 15,000 mile check up that my car should get along with the pricing and suggested that I come in the next day. I met with Shawn on Monday, February 19, and he again went over the service to be done, the pricing and the time frame within which I could pick up the car. He made it very easy for me. More
