The best service team EVER. When Joe checked me in, he offered a car to take me wherever I wanted to go - or a loaner - even though the service would not take very long. When I returned to pick up my car, he found a bent bolt and just went ahead and fixed it for free (I ran over something the previous day and didn't think it did any damage and didn't mention it - I was mistaken). I had questions about my UVO and Jose delivered my car to me from Service and spent considerable time showing me how it works. I am totally satisfied with the Service Department and highly recommend these two agents of Kia, as well as the mechanic who actually performed the service, whose name I do not know - but he found the bent bolt and brought it to Joe's attention. These guys are the best! More

15000 mile Sevice on a Sunday I went in at 1130am on a Sunday and was out by 130pm.Great job and time frame. Scammers wasted my time. What's the point in making an appointment if you still have to wait 2 hrs. To top it off for nothing. They told me I had a nail the size of a staple o What's the point in making an appointment if you still have to wait 2 hrs. To top it off for nothing. They told me I had a nail the size of a staple on the outside of my tire and it couldn't be fixed so they wanted to replace it. Mind you just a month before they had told me the same thing was wrong with my other tire and I payed over $200 for a new tire. Well not this time. I told them (after being there for 2 hrs.) to put my tire on and I was going to take it some where else. Well after leaving I had 2 people look at it they said that it could be patched up. I took it to America's Tires and guess what...I didn't have to pay a dime. They fixed it. That is the last time I am going there for anything else besides the free oil change that I get for my vehicle. I bet nothing was wrong with my last tire. Won't happen again. They were unorganized, making an appointment was a joke and they try to scam you for your money. It's not even worth giving them 1 star. HORRIBLE!!! More

They sold me a nice 2011 Ford Fiesta Lemon I bought a nice 2011 Ford Fiesta Lemon. The dealer should have never sold such a car knowing that it had recalls for transmission. We bought the extra care package which is worthless since they make it difficult to know what is covered and after requesting the contract via mail, they never sent it. Sounds as fishy as selling a car that has recalls. I experienced 3 failures already. The Ford dealers won't fix the problem. The dealer who sold me the car won't fix the problem either since it is a manufacturer deffect. The extra repair coverage i bought for almost 3k is a pure rip off. I trusted the dealer because of their rating and I trusted American cars. Biggest mistake ever. Thank you for all the trouble. May you be rewarded for what you have done. More
