If I could give no stars I would’ve Kia of Carson is the worst dealer they have bad customer service I took my car for maintenance and left with a check engine light not cool at and I tried speaking to bot worst dealer they have bad customer service I took my car for maintenance and left with a check engine light not cool at and I tried speaking to both managers ERIC AND BRADLEY all they said they were able to help with is a discount off of a $600 dollar cost I don’t recommend this place to anyone sorry Kia of Carson but this place sucks More

Took our brand new car in for an oil change. Got it back with the car shaking and the check engine light on. These guys are a complete joke. Then they gave us attitude like it was our fault. They couldn't program a key fob for me, but charged me $190.00 anyway. The service mgr says, "I have to change for the technician's time". xxxx, the technician is an employee and I am sure he/she doesn't $190.00 anyway. One of the worse experience I've had in my 55 yrs. of life. Highly dissatisfied. Not sure if they hire top rated mechanics here. From the Weekly Receptionist, to the Sales District Manager Willi, that service center need to be revamped. Kia Coporate office need to visit this awful service center real soon. Was just there this Sunday 2/27/22. And observed and another very unhappy customer, that was waiting to here from a manager before she left with her vehicle. My car was there since 11/27 needing a motor. Finally they motor came in on Wednesday, I was contacted by the service guy Rios that my car was finished on Saturday 2/26/22/ He stated "The mechanic test drove it, and checked out everything, and it was ready to go". I told him I would be there on Sunday to pick it up because I was working at the time of his call. He gave me the thumbs up on the pick date. I got there to pick up my vehicle and he took them 30 minutes to find it. Then the service lady had to find jumper cables to jump start my car, when she brought it to me if was filthy dirty, and months of being there. A light on the console was broken out, my grandson's ninetendo switch was missing and it was stored up under the seat, out of plan sight. My friend who accompanied me to pick up my car. Shut the car off on the lot and it wouldn't start back up. The weekend manager and to re-jump my car and stated that it was my battery and my concern, not theirs. He was going to jump start it one more time, but if I shut it off once more, he would not jump start it again. I had just purchased a new battery in August of 16, 2021... I wish I could give negative stars right about now. More
xxxxTIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS!! I took my 05 Kia Sportage here for a diagnostic test. RICARDO HERNANDEZ was my service advisor.. he informed me that there were two options for my car took my 05 Kia Sportage here for a diagnostic test. RICARDO HERNANDEZ was my service advisor.. he informed me that there were two options for my car problem. 1 was to change the CAMSHAFT SENSOR which may or may not be the problem which was fine because if that wasn't the case I would proceed with the second option as he referred to as a "engine breakdown" to look further into it. With that being said I was called because my car was ready 1/19/2022 from getting the sensor changed. NOT EVEN A MILE IN ON THE 405 FREEWAY IN 5pm TRAFFIC THE CAR STALLS ON ME! The reason why I am so pissed is because the car wasn't tested AFTER changing it to the new CAMSHAFT SENSOR!!!! My life was in dangered on the freeway !! I had a BIG xxx BIG RIG BEHIND ME WHO COULD'VE SMACKED ME FROM BEHIND!!!!!! If the car was tested after replacing the camshaft sensor you would've experienced it stalling on the service advisor and we could've moved forward with the next option the "engine breakdown". Speaking to RICARDO HERNANDEZ after the situation he was so nonchalant about it saying how the parts would be off market pieces and wouldn't be able to find. I have been calling FOR OVER A WEEK ABOUT MY COMPLAINT!!! I keep getting transferred to a voicemail to BRAD WHO IS THE SERVICE MANAGER!! I left voicemails and I now notice he has the audacity to change his voicemail from " IM HELPING OUT WITH OTHER LOCATIONS DUE TO COVID AND SHORT STAFFING" to "Please leave a voicemail with you name & date & time.. if it's an emergency please speak with Eric & someone else" so you can change your voicemail but not call the people back that left actual voicemail messages? nobody is buying a car like that where you can't reply back to a customer NOW GOING ON WEEK TWO! I do not feel like my matter is being taken seriously and I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS LOCATION AND THEIR TRASH xxx CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE! More
