DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE HELP. Not only is the customer service atrocious, the service is sub par. I end up bringing my car in 3-4 times per manufacture issue. I've tried calling the corporate office but KIA of Carson keeps giving me KIA of Glendale's phone number. Glendale called Carson and ran into the same issues as i did. The interior of my car was ruined (its white /cloth) by the service workers who "fixed" my roof. I spoke to 4 people and asked them to make sure the interior gets cleaned. I spoke to Linda the manager, the women who call you when your car is ready, and my service provider Eddy. I showed eddy exactly what marks i was talking about and still it was not cleaned. More
Horrible Customer Service I dropped off my car Friday because I had a coolant leak. Later in the day I received a call from my service adviser Yuri stating that the problem wa I dropped off my car Friday because I had a coolant leak. Later in the day I received a call from my service adviser Yuri stating that the problem was with the radiator and it would not be ready until the following day. Not a problem at this point. The following day, as it approaches late afternoon I decide to call for a follow up because I have not received any word on my car. The girl that answers the phone at the service department asks who my adviser is, and when I state Yuri, she tells me she is not in but will transfer me to her partner. I get transferred but no answer. I call back and she once more transfers me, but again, no answer. I call back again and inform her that whoever she is transferring me too is not picking up, if anyone else can give me an update, at this point she gets rude, and states she will see if she can do anything but i might just have to call back Monday. I don't get a word in before she transfers me AGAIN to the extension that does not pick up. I am positive your phones have called ID because I called back 10 times (I have the call logs to prove it) and my calls were getting picked up and clicked on, or they were picked up so the phone would stop ringing but being set aside because I could hear the background noise but no one answer my call. I ended up calling in to the front reception and explained the situation and requested a Manager at that point,she put me on hold and then clicked on me. I called her again and she just said there is nothing she can do but transfer me, and cut me off mid sentence to transfer me to the service department that again answered and clicked. I was heading to the Dealer already when I finally received a call from someone, I was so mad I do not remember the name. She stated that the car was ready for pickup, no explanation, no apology, no anything. Why was this not told to me the first time I called? Why couldn't someone say, I am not sure, let me get a message to another adviser and they will call you back as soon as possible. BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS More

PLEASEEE READDDD!!!!!!!! Went to pick up my car after having 3 recalls and my car was DAMAGED! It scratches all along the back door of my rear passenger side! I went back and spoke to DI THOMAS " service manager..he is the most RUDE, UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL "manager" Ive EVER met. He tried telling me it was an old scratch and that they weren't responsible for damages! I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT!! He told me he would have his supervisor John Bolter call me Monday to see IF they would fix it! What do you mean IF!!! After arguing for 20 min he finally had someone buff out the scratches. When my car came back it still had scratches!!! I asked for a copy of the walk around inspection to did to my car when it was drop off and he refused. He said it was in "transit filing" which made no sense because I saw it in my file when the guy gave me my car!! He refused to give me his business card and the kia corporate number because he claimed he didn't know it! Being a 'service manager" you should know these things!! This is the SECOND time my car gets damaged after a service! I asked someone else for the corporate number and they were very quick to give it to me. I should've NEVER given them a second chance! I called corporate and filed a complaint and I've gotten legal advice! THEY CAN NOT DO THIS TO PEOPLE!! More
Service department I have 3 Kias in the family, bought over 3 years, when this was Car Pros Kia. I did that since they always took care of me. Since Trophy took over the dealership and renamed it, I’m sorry to say that this is a different place now. As you line up to enter the service area, you have sales walking the line “checking you in”. They either take a picture of your VIN or ask if you are currently an owner or on a lease. The same people will come up to you asking the same question while in the lobby. One of my vehicles has a check engine light requiring replacement of a part under warranty. I bring it in on a Friday for repairs, and after an hour of waiting, the power goes out in the facility. 3 hours later, find out that no work whatsoever was done. Bring it in a week later on a Saturday. My wife tells the manager that I would be here today. I show up at 7am. Knowing that it’s a 3 hour job, I wait until it hits the 4 hour mark. I was marked as someone who is waiting for the repairs. I’m told that it’s ready and wait for it to be brought to me. An hour later, I’m told that I need to speak with my service advisor. Find out that the manager pulled the service order from the advisor and removed the note that I was waiting! I’m close to 7 hours now of being at the dealership and told it will take a few hours to get this done. I ask to speak with the manager and am told that he has already left! How convenient! I will be reporting this to Kia Corporate and luckily I do know someone who works there. Sad to say that even though this dealership is very close to home, I will only come here from now on for my free oil changes. I will drive an extra 20 minutes and will be going to Garden Grove Kia from now on. More
