The wait time for an oil service was more than 3hours. Making an appointment was irelavent we had a 11am appointment and recieved our car till 3pm. Went into take my vehicle to get some recalls done was quoted a wait time of 5 to 6 hours which is no problem. I understood that when I went in however, once the car was finished, I didn’t receive a text quoted a wait time of 5 to 6 hours which is no problem. I understood that when I went in however, once the car was finished, I didn’t receive a text that the car was finished and I only asked because the 5 to 6 hour timeframe and pass by 45 minutes in the car was done about 40 minutes prior to me asking, I didn’t went to the young lady they received me initially when I arrived and she said that she did send me a text I ever I never received it or else I would not be showing up trying to find out when my car will be ready and then went to the front cashiers this where there were two young ladies, and I stood there for about 15 seconds And they did not acknowledge me at all. I had to say something first, so that I could get the car out and get out of there overall the service itself was OK and hopefully this was a one time thing but having to spend 40 minutes past the time the car was ready and then , the cashier’s pretending I was invisible when I was standing right in front of them is crazy. I will be visiting another dealership when something like this xxxx ever come up again. More
