I’ve had to drop off my car several times this year - there is never a car/loaner/rental available. I have been a KIA customer since 2013… and there has been only one time that a rental was available and there is never a car/loaner/rental available. Extremely professional and explains everything. Kaitlyn was absolutely A-1 yesterday for me. I had anxiety from my previous visits and was already on defense mode.
