Even with an appointment, I have to wait between 3 and 5 hours just to have my vehicle checked or serviced. The service advisors are a total joke. They are the middle person between the mechanics and the hours just to have my vehicle checked or serviced. The service advisors are a total joke. They are the middle person between the mechanics and the customers, but they seem to avoid customers as much as possible. They ignore text messages, emails, and phone calls. Especially after 5pm, no one answers the phone at the service desk. They are more interested in looking at their cellphones than in helping customers. They never have courtesy vehicles available. They don't seem to care how much money customers spend at their dealership. It would also be nice to have some water and coffee available for customers. It is July 2023, and COVID-19 is no longer an excuse. More
