I had a disappointing experience with the Carson Kia service department. As a new local customer with two Kia's, I scheduled maintenance for my EV6 and requested a tire rotation and camera repair. The advisor said a $245 diagnostic fee might apply if the technician blamed "outside influence" for the camera issue, despite no visible damage. Both the advisor and manager insisted on this policy and couldn't guarantee Kia would cover the fee under warranty. Frustrated, I decided not to continue with their service and left. We were a loyal Kia family but this experience will have us looking elsewhere when we purchase our next vehicle. More
