I had an appointment at 7 a. m. I noticed a lot of other customers had the same appt time. I got there to discover for a diagnostic it would be 24-48 hours which the appointment s m. I noticed a lot of other customers had the same appt time. I got there to discover for a diagnostic it would be 24-48 hours which the appointment scheduler did not inform me of the day of making the appt. I asked if they would provide a courtesy Uber, which was declined. The diagnostic was 245.00. I have never in my life had a diagnostic that pricey. I am not from California so I had to find someone to pay for an uber to get back to my destination. I received a call two days later stating my car transmission needed to be replaced at 54,000 miles I was in shock. I picked up my car, it had water all over the car it had not been dried off the panel was off my car from where they had taken off to perform the diagnostic. I am not a happy customer and I will never refer anyone to the Carson location. Cerritos is much better. The transmission will cost me 5.924.00. This car is a lemon, there is no way I will pay for a new transmission. I will get a new car, but trust and believe I will not be purchasing a car from the Kia dealership. No ma'am, and no sir. I would be a fool to do that. Instead, I will be in contact with Toyota or Honda! They have the best cars on the planet and they have longevity. Buying a Kia Optima has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Sorry, but it is the truth! More
