Cristina Benitez is a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly service advisor. Thiat gives great customer service and I have come to trust her for the service of my vehicle. She let's me know what s and friendly service advisor. Thiat gives great customer service and I have come to trust her for the service of my vehicle. She let's me know what service is due and helps me prioritize the work I have done to my car. She is a good communicator in that she keeps me updated with my vehicles progress and gives me good estimates on completion time. I wait for my vehicle when I take it to Kia of Carson because they have a comfortable waiting area with chairs, tables, tv, wifi internet and vending machines. More
