The best service team EVER. When Joe checked me in, he offered a car to take me wherever I wanted to go - or a loaner - even though the service would not take very long. When I returned to pick up my car, he found a bent bolt and just went ahead and fixed it for free (I ran over something the previous day and didn't think it did any damage and didn't mention it - I was mistaken). I had questions about my UVO and Jose delivered my car to me from Service and spent considerable time showing me how it works. I am totally satisfied with the Service Department and highly recommend these two agents of Kia, as well as the mechanic who actually performed the service, whose name I do not know - but he found the bent bolt and brought it to Joe's attention.
