I went into the delalership two days before thanksging and was ready to buy or lease a car right t Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. I went into the delalership two days before thanksging and was ready to buy or lease a car right then. First of all, the salesperson literally ran towards me as soon as I drove onto the lot. (I think his name was Sanjay) Before showing me the car I came it to test drive, he forced me inside to fill out paperwork to see if I qualified for "a great Black Friday offer we will honor before Black Friday" I went ahead and explained to him that I was definitely goinh to buy a car in the next two days and explained my situation and need for the car before thanksgiving, and he said great, we will be able to offer you a great deal today! He then brought me outside and showed me the optima , even though I told him I was in the market for an suv. He then reluctantly took me over to a sportage and when I asked him questions about the car he said he didn't know & that he was a optima specialist. From there I told him what options I needed in the car, leather seats, navigation... Etc and he said "you won't be able to afford that in the monthly payment you're looking for" And I simply said "fine, I already have an offer at Volkswagen, I'll just go there and get the deal they offered me that suits my needs" He then said "you need to be careful because they aren't honest at other dealerships" and went on to explain why they were so great. At that point I was extremely annoyed and said I was leaving to go to VW since they couldn't accommodate me and meet my needs. He then asked me to come in and speak to the manager... I repeated my needs and desires to the manager (josh) and he went and ran my info, still before I even test drove the car! The original sales person came back and told me to come back on Friday because they would have a better offer for me that day. I reiterated the fact that I wanted to buy a car BEFORE thanksgiving and I wasn't interested in car shopping on Black Friday. He then told me to come in on thanksgiving and I laughed at how rude and pushy that was. I asked him to show me the offer for that day, and he refused and said "come back Friday and bring your dad" and I said why would I bring my dad? And he replied his credit can give you a better deal." ... Never did I say I wanted a co-signer and I didn't need one at any other dealership. Anyhow, I asked to speak with the manager again because this guy was clearly not doing his job & he came back and said the manager suddenly went into a meeting. I left super mad and decided to call and try to speak with the manager ... I got hung up on. I called back and spoke to another manager who told me he was going to handle everything and get back to me... Today is Saturday, I still haven't heard back from them. Besides the poor customer service, or lack there of, this place felt like a high school cafeteria... It was noisy, and dirty, there were salespeople running around chaotically. I wouldn't go back there even if they were giving away cars. I ended up down the road at a different dealership, purchased a much nicer, 2016 luxury vehicle with the same monthly budget I gave to Kia, and this dealership met and exceeded my expectations. This place is a JOKE! Stay away at all costs... Sketchy sales people, & management ! More

They made no effort, didn't show the slightest interest in getting me the car I wanted. It was, take it or leave it. Pure ego. No interest in pleasing the customer. Kia of Carson had me drive 50 miles with the promise of many choices. When I got there one car--at a high price. Bait and switch. I got my soul, Kia of Carson is soulless. More
Good service Went to Kia Carson for the first time. Salesmen Eduardo came to help me. He showed me 2 cars in my price range. I test drove then went back and filled out a application. Somehow he got me approved with the lowest payments he could get me. Even tho it has high Milage for a 2012 the car is amazing. The day after I got it the main computer box went out. I had it towed to Carson and they fixed it no problem. Gave me a rental car and then once my car was fixed they filled up my tank for all the hassle I went through. Besides the car going out the staff there Eduardo( salesman) and pedro ( sales manager) was great. Pleasure working with them. More

I visit Car Pros Carson the next day, Tony was busy with another customer so Max shows me various Optimas. I had made it clear to Tony on Friday night that I wasn't coming to visit the dealership if I didn't qualify for the Summer Special financing. When it came down to sit down and talk numbers Max tells me my credit score did not meet the qualifications of the summer special. I was furious and just walked out of the dealership. So less the 24 hours after being told I qualify I'm told that my credit score dropped and I don't qualify. I feel they were dishonest and just wanted to get me down there to make a deal for their profits. I am waiting for Tony to call me back and least apologize, but I'm not holding my breath. What a wasted trip. More

I understand that yes this is a business and yes they need money, but some salesmen really Jeff you over, but that was not the case here. They gave me an incredibly low price just to meet my accommodations, and I am still so happy i bought it days after. I stare at my Kia in the driveway and seriously smile because I am so happy that i got a cute car or a nice price. This sounds like a car commercial, but I am being completely honest. I am happy with my purchase and the time I spent at the dealership, which not many say. More

I suppose to receive a free cost rent car for maintenance over one day but I have to pay additional to the rent car. More

It took him a while to answer me than he says i didnt filled up the application correctly i asked what is missing, after a couple hours he said that he was able to work with the application and he supervisor told him we could buy that car. we set up an appointment for next Thursday at 1:00 to make the deal, since i only saw the car over the internet i told him i might stop by after work to take a look at the car i was going to buy in a couple of days, than he started giving me excuses for not to stop by he said he was about to leave and his supervisor was gone and the baks were close i told him i just want to see the car but ok i agree to wait till thursday which i didnt and went to the dealer and my surprise there was no mustang and nobody at the dealer couldn't tell me what happened to the car when one of their sales person text me half an hour earlier it was still available. This afternoon I texted jimmy for an explanation but he hasn't got the xxxxx to call me and say you know what we sold the mustang and we wanted to put you in another car. stupid kids trying to sell cars just wasted my time. To make a long story short, the night I bought my car I was promised that the second key and the key less remote would b Kia Sorento in January 2013. To make a long story short, the night I bought my car I was promised that the second key and the key less remote would be sent to me as the dealer didn't have it. I basically have had to ask them EVERY two weeks for it, and have gone to the dealership twice this week (3 and a half months later) to pick it up....( the first time they still couldn't get it to me after they said it was ready)... and when I put the key in the ignition it didn't work! After their initial sale they don't care at all about you or what they've promised you in writing. I am so afraid that if something happens to my car this is what I'll have to deal with. Had I known this I would never have bought my car. Stay away! More
