Car Pros Kia of Carson is TERRIBLE. I bought my brand new Kia Sorento in January 2013. To make a long story short, the night I bought my car I was promised that the second key and the key less remote would b Kia Sorento in January 2013. To make a long story short, the night I bought my car I was promised that the second key and the key less remote would be sent to me as the dealer didn't have it. I basically have had to ask them EVERY two weeks for it, and have gone to the dealership twice this week (3 and a half months later) to pick it up....( the first time they still couldn't get it to me after they said it was ready)... and when I put the key in the ignition it didn't work! After their initial sale they don't care at all about you or what they've promised you in writing. I am so afraid that if something happens to my car this is what I'll have to deal with. Had I known this I would never have bought my car. Stay away! More

I visited Kia and was taken care of by Tito who literally treated me like a VIP. Tito stayed with me through out the whole deal and even helped me find the profect car that suited my ever need and so i purchase the car that day for personal reasons. even after the purchase he still treated me like a VIP customer. He thanked me for my business. It's salesmen like Tito that will make me spend an extra money in Carson to purchase a car when I'm ready to get another car. If you have not experienced great customer service from a car dealership I highly recommend you call Kia and ask for Tito He is the absolute best!!! More
I came here to get my car serviced. Upon arrival, I was told that nobody was in that could look at the car.. even though i called 30 minutes earlier to make sure someone was available. They told us to have a seat and they'd see what they could do.. which was nothing since we waited around 45 minutes. By, that time the service department closed .. but they wanted to show us cars (why..?). Then they asked if I wanted to trade my car in for a new car.. what??? I can't even begin to tell you how inefficient this dealership is. Every time i come here it's a hassle. Not all KIA dealerships are this bad. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to a different Kia Dealer... But my experience at Car Pros Kia Carson was so outstanding that I decided to say something here. My salesperson was Leslie. She was awesome! And really so was everyone else I encountered throughout the car buying process. I entered the dealership feeling doubtful that they could help me. I had been to several other dealerships and because of my credit issues, the experience was not favorable for me. In fact, it was downright humiliating and excruciating!!But when I got to Car pros, they changed all of that in a single moment! I am thoroughly satisfed with my purchase, and they treated me like I had A-1 credit all the way through. I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone! Save yourself the agony of car shopping all over... start at Car pros, end at Car pros, leave happy! More
I went to the dealership on a Sunday with my daughter and meet Tito "Beto" we bought a Kia Rio from him. After visiting a few other dealerships the buying experienc from Carpros and Tito was the best and smo meet Tito "Beto" we bought a Kia Rio from him. I test drove one and was immediately in love with the car. I finally decided on a color and was off to the races. The salesman Ben was very helpful. It wasn't long before the paperwork was done and I was driving out in my new Optima. Car Pros Kia is definitely the best place to look for a new vehicle. I'll be leasing with them for a long time! I went to Car pros Carson Kia to buy a new 2010 Kia Forte. Instead of being welcomed for my business I was confronted with an angry (supposingly) sales manager, named Addel, who was not only courteous, Forte. Instead of being welcomed for my business I was confronted with an angry (supposingly) sales manager, named Addel, who was not only courteous, but also, belligerent angry man who did not want to talk about the deal and told me to get out of the dealership and followed me all the way in the parking lot to go after me phisically! He was so angry and loud that he was looking for a fight! I don't think there is a single car dealership in entire U.S. that would treat their customers the way they do! I will be talking to the owner of the Carson Kia with regard to this incident and see if he can get their act together! I would not buy anything from a business like Carson Kia period. The very next day, I went to Garden Grove Kia and I bought a 2010 Kia Forte EX for $2500 below dealer's invoice. In addition I got another $1500 cash back from the manufacturer for a total of $4000 savings. The Garden Grove Kia staff were so nice that they also included rear spoiler(valued at over $300), a cargo mat(valued $80) and floor mats at no charge! I was treated like royalty for my cash purchase. Thank you Danny, Enrique, sales manager and other Garden Grove Kia staff for your professionalism and great service. I am already planning to go back in three months to purchase a Kia Soul and I am also refering my friends to visit the dealership. Sorry Carpros Carson Kia for not being so pro after all! I can see your dealership be closed down in near futur with the way your dealership is run by amature staff! I am sure Carson Kia will soon be hearing from the Kia's headquarter with regard with the incident they had when I visited the dealership! More
Dealing with Car Pros Kia in Carson was a most pleasurable Car buying experience for me. After seeing the full-size toy cut out commercials and reading some reviews, I finally visited a few websit pleasurable Car buying experience for me. After seeing the full-size toy cut out commercials and reading some reviews, I finally visited a few websites and put in some inquiries. Wow, I got a lot of responses, mostly email; however, the call and email I received from Car Pros assured me that I had a customer care person to call who would walk me through the process. Her name was Andrea (she's very memorable). I called her back and she answered my questions, then scheduled a test drive appointment for me. The Sales Manager, Joshua, and the Sales Consultant, Alabama (he's a real character) really listened to my needs and while they were doing an appraisal of my trade, a 2001 Hyundai Sonata, I drove the Kia Soul. Alabama gave me a great presentation of the vehicle. 45 minutes later, I had a deal I couldn't be happier with and the finance manager, a lady, pleasantly helped me sign all the car buying paperwork.
