He told me before coming to get me, he wanted to make sure I was approved. I emailed all the required documents to him.he picked me up within an hour. I arrived with my newborn. So test driving was tricky but my sales person was understanding. I was only at the dealer for 2 hours and walked away with a car. This was actually my second time attempting to purchase a car here. Most Pleasant Car Buying Experience Yet! To preface let me say that I was a loyal Scion customer for 9 years. But since Toyota discontinued the brand and I had 83,000 miles on that car, we'll To preface let me say that I was a loyal Scion customer for 9 years. But since Toyota discontinued the brand and I had 83,000 miles on that car, we'll it was time for a new one. After extensive research, I decided on the KIA brand for many reasons including reviews, industry expert ratings and of course the unbelievable warranty. Not to belabor the point, but suffice to say I had some pretty negative experiences with other KIA dealerships! And actually I had seriously considered purchasing another brand because of that. Then and out of the blue I decided to contact KIA Pros Carson. My first contact there was Esteban Ramirez and I must say I was totally blown away by the "world class" customer service experience I had. I can't say enough about how Esteban Ramirez treated me and my wife when we visited the dealership. Suffice to say Esteban Ramirez is THE primary reason why we bought our new Sportage from KIA Carson. From beginning to end this was by far the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had! And I am 63 years old so I have purchased a lot of cars. Just let me say that up until now buying a new car was my most least desirable thing to do! Even worse than having a "root canal" at the dentist if that gives one a better understanding! In closing, from the great price I received not only for the new Sportage I purchased but also the trade in value allowed on my beloved Scion XB, this experience far exceeded my wildest expectations. KIA Pros Carson earned a life long customer for not only a subsequent new car purchase, but also regular service as it becomes necessary. I have told all my family and friends that if you want a great deal and you want to be treated like you are special, go to Kia Pros Carson and ask for Esteban Ramirez!! I would be remiss if I didn't also mention Esteban's supervisor "Pedro", whose last name I didn't catch, who made closing this deal in short order possible. Wonderful With a beginners credit all I kept getting was NO you are not approved. On Saturday after being on the market for a new car, went to 3 dealers and all With a beginners credit all I kept getting was NO you are not approved. On Saturday after being on the market for a new car, went to 3 dealers and all of them saying the same thing I just felt like I didn’t want to buy anything. That’s when Esteban reached out to me and I told him no I will not make the drive to get a NO answer. Then his manager called me and I was still indecisive o making the drive to Carson. But it was ABSOLUTELY worth it. As soon as I arrived RICHARD greeted me and the I met ESTEBAN. Both wonderful salesmen (the BEST) in minutes of handing him my info I was told I was approved. Then I moved into the finance offices where SAUL was a very nice and amazing explaining into detail everything I was signing for. I simply know CarPros is the best KIA dealership in LA.
