Scam artists A month ago I took my 2013 Optima in for service and to have the parking lights fixed. The parking lights were out on both sides. After having my car for two days, the parking lights were still out. After having 2 different service department employees also check to verify that the lights were infact still inoperable...the mechanic changed the bulbs. One month later I am in the service depatment again...the right side headlight is out...according to KIA I was in a car accident or something....I had someone else work on the car....and of course my extended warranty covers nothing....KIA of Carson will rip you off if you let them More
Longest oil change of my life Not many good things to say. I had an 8:30 AM appointment this morning. I arrived at 8:15 AM and had to wait in my car for 30 mins. They finally took my car at 8:45 AM and they've been changing the oil for an hour and 15 mins now. The service advisor checked with me to see if I wanted a car wash. I declined. Not sure what the hold up is. Most places can do an oil and filter change in 30-45 mins. More

Friendly & Dedicated I had a Kia Rio and just changed it for a brand new Kia Optima Hybrid. Olver Bohorquez helped me as much as he could to make it happen. The worst experience ever! First they sold me a Demo car as new. I was so stressed out because my 15 year old car had to go and I needed a car ASAP, I ended up buying a car with First they sold me a Demo car as new. I was so stressed out because my 15 year old car had to go and I needed a car ASAP, I ended up buying a car without even paying attention to the number of miles until the next day. In my paper work it says 8 miles that was of course a lie and I only drive the car from the dealer to my home and some how I had already 75 miles on my car! I had a recall on my car and I only found out months after when I had to go for the first inspection, not a phone call or a letter. Now I have another recall I had an app but when I got there there were more then 20 cars in front of me. They do not respect your time or honor anything they do or say. I could not stay because if I made an app obviously I had something else important to do. Now I am trying to make another app., I am calling all dealers and none of them can make an app. They told me that they cannot do anything about it and I can just drop the car and be there waiting for as long as it is necessary and they don't care if you can do it or not, I have no one free to give me a ride even and I cannot miss work. I terrible regret buying a car from Kia, do yourself a favor and get away from them! If you are trying to save some money you will get lots of stress! More
