Silver Bullet My family, had a wonderful experience at Kia in Carson. My daughter and I happened to drive in to get a quote on leasing opposed to buying. It happen to be a slow day, and my daughter and i had vip treatment with all our questions answered. It was the team work of all the employees that captured my attention. My daughter and I, were invited to return later along with my husband to see Kia Soul. By surprise, we were greeted again with four of your employees, all of which created a family like atmosphere working as a team without pressure on the customer. I my self, work in a retail environment for 41 years and I loved the fact that all of them have an excellent salesman ship quality of LISTENING. I feel that with any retail position, when working with the public the skill of listening to the concerns of the consumer is an excellent quality. This happens to be my fourth sale off a car lot dealing with car sales men: there for I do give this survey based on experience from bad, good, and exceptional, with Kia of Carson as an exceptional experience based off my other three experiences with car sales men. Team work sealed our sale at the end of the day. We commend all four of your employees that made our experience a delight on December 10, 2019. I set out to buy a Niro, and after submitting a quote request online, I was promptly contacted by Dallah. He was very straightforward with pricing and offered me a great deal. We agreed on meeting, upon arrival Dallah went through the numbers again and they were exactly the same as agreed. After the credit check, it didn't take a lot of time for Dallah to get the paperwork going into the Finance. The Finance representative, Ingris, was very friendly and professional. She didn't try to push any add-ons after politely asking if I wanted to hear about them and me politely refusing. The car price stayed the same on the contract, again, with no add-ons at the last minute. After Finance, I got the car delivery, with Dallah walking me through any question I had. Overall it was a A+ experience and I would definitely consider this dealership for my buying needs in the future. More

Horrible Customer Service I dropped off my car Friday because I had a coolant leak. Later in the day I received a call from my service adviser Yuri stating that the problem wa I dropped off my car Friday because I had a coolant leak. Later in the day I received a call from my service adviser Yuri stating that the problem was with the radiator and it would not be ready until the following day. Not a problem at this point. The following day, as it approaches late afternoon I decide to call for a follow up because I have not received any word on my car. The girl that answers the phone at the service department asks who my adviser is, and when I state Yuri, she tells me she is not in but will transfer me to her partner. I get transferred but no answer. I call back and she once more transfers me, but again, no answer. I call back again and inform her that whoever she is transferring me too is not picking up, if anyone else can give me an update, at this point she gets rude, and states she will see if she can do anything but i might just have to call back Monday. I don't get a word in before she transfers me AGAIN to the extension that does not pick up. I am positive your phones have called ID because I called back 10 times (I have the call logs to prove it) and my calls were getting picked up and clicked on, or they were picked up so the phone would stop ringing but being set aside because I could hear the background noise but no one answer my call. I ended up calling in to the front reception and explained the situation and requested a Manager at that point,she put me on hold and then clicked on me. I called her again and she just said there is nothing she can do but transfer me, and cut me off mid sentence to transfer me to the service department that again answered and clicked. I was heading to the Dealer already when I finally received a call from someone, I was so mad I do not remember the name. She stated that the car was ready for pickup, no explanation, no apology, no anything. Why was this not told to me the first time I called? Why couldn't someone say, I am not sure, let me get a message to another adviser and they will call you back as soon as possible. BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS More
