Poor Service Experience I drove 40 minutes to get an oil change on my 2013 Sorrento. Pulled into service bay and waited for someone to come check me in, then was told I had t I drove 40 minutes to get an oil change on my 2013 Sorrento. Pulled into service bay and waited for someone to come check me in, then was told I had to go inside. Service personnel inside not wearing masks and ignoring social distancing, in spite of a large sign proclaiming they care about our safety during the pandemic, blah, blah, blah. I waited outside at a table for at least an hour, then service tech came out (still no mask) and pulled up a chair less than a foot away from me to have me sign the paperwork. I promptly moved across the table from him. Oil change was $43.00 (with a ten percent discount that I had to ask to get, was not offered up front). Invoice said to call Sean Pryzchodzen, Service Director, if they failed to meet expectations. I did that yesterday and left a message and never received a return call. Very poor experience overall, my car will be needing service in the future but I will not be returning to this dealership! More

Horrible experience! Dishonesty in all forms starting with the fake internet sales! We drove 1 1/2 hours due to the posted internet cars. They could never give us a straight answer about anything. We recommend this dealership if you like dishonesty and repeatedly being lied to!!! More

In addition their offer, my trade was $5000 below the min. Value listed by KBB. The sales manager attempted to explain to me what a good deal I was getting. I thought this behavior stopped in 1990’s. Immediately went to a competitor and had a deal in ten minutes that gave me $5000 more for my trade and no markup over sticker on the car. More
