I have had issues in past with service department. But I felt those issues were corrected on my last visit. However, I decided to try your service one more time. He did not come out to car. OK, it was cold that day. Went inside and I was greeted warmly, however the service writer was not in any uniform. No name badge and wearing a hoody like he had just detailed a car. I found out the reason he did not greet me at the car, he was wearing shorts! In February! From the waiting room I could see the techs in back working on my car. They all were in nicely clean Kia uniforms. A good sign, but the service rep who greets the public could not wear a clean KIA kit! I know Covid has hit all business hard, but get your people in uniforms! More

The services and dealer(Chris Murphy) was excellent. It's the cost of an oil change I have a problem with.
