I have had issues in past with service department. But I felt those issues were corrected on my last visit. However, I decided to try your service one more time. On the plus side it was easy to schedule service and on the whole I was pleased with the service (oil change). On the down side I pulled into drive bay and waited for service writer. He did not come out to car. OK, it was cold that day. Went inside and I was greeted warmly, however the service writer was not in any uniform. No name badge and wearing a hoody like he had just detailed a car. I found out the reason he did not greet me at the car, he was wearing shorts! In February! From the waiting room I could see the techs in back working on my car. They all were in nicely clean Kia uniforms. A good sign, but the service rep who greets the public could not wear a clean KIA kit! I know Covid has hit all business hard, but get your people in uniforms! More
We were just out looking for a used Kia and stopped in to see what they had to offer. Robert E. was the first to greet us he asked what we were looking for, we gave him what we wanted and a price range to st see what they had to offer. Without hesitation he went to work for us and I drove out with my new Kia Soul. By far the best car shopping experience!!! More
The services and dealer(Chris Murphy) was excellent. It's the cost of an oil change I have a problem with. I went back and reviewed past oil changes and none of them were over $40.00 (and this is without a c the cost of an oil change I have a problem with. If it wasn't for the discount we would have had a serious problem. I don't know if I'm the only person complaining about the price of an oil change but something is gonna have to give. More

We have had our Kia Sorento serviced at Kia of Beavercreek since the dealership opened its doors Our service experience has usually been acceptable, but this last time we had our vehicle serviced, Beavercreek since the dealership opened its doors Our service experience has usually been acceptable, but this last time we had our vehicle serviced, we had a very poor experience. I scheduled the service online through the chat service. The person who assisted me kept on asking me to repeat my vehicle, mileage, etc. and it took much longer to schedule an appointment than necessary. We dropped the car off in the afternoon and were told it would be ready by 9 am the next day. I called the service department right after we dropped it off. I forgot to mention the brake light needed to be replaced I was on hold for 15 minutes because nobody in the service department answered the phone. The receptionist apologized to the service department and I left a message with the receptionist. The next morning, I did not receive a call that it was ready, so I called. I was put on hold for 15 minutes then told nobody was answering in the service department and was transferred to voicemail. I left a message. I called again at 10 am because I had not received a callback and the service department answered. They said the car was ready and they emailed me my invoice. I received the invoice, but it only included a final cost, no description of services offered. I called back, was put on hold for 10 minutes, The service department answered, and sent another invoice. It was the same invoice. My husband and I drove to go pick up the car and asked to see a detailed invoice. The dealership promotes a contactless pickup, but that did not happen. I picked up the car and when I was driving, I saw the oil light on. I had to return to the dealership and then wait for them to reset the computer on my vehicle. This was an unacceptable experience. It is so unfortunate because Kia of Beavercreek used to be a good place to go. However, the service staff does not seem to be very professional. I will not be returning to Kia of Beavercreek for service. There seemed to be a lack of service at every level in the service department. I should have known to go somewhere else when I had trouble getting the service department on the phone. More
Couldn't recommend Kia of Beavercreek to others due to recent " lack of service" experience. We had an engine light come on and needed a diagnosis/resolution of the problem. We were at the dealership 5 hours and they couldn't tell us what was wrong. We are upset that Kia of Beavercreek charged us $246.00 after waiting 5 hours, for the exact same service performed at the prior scheduled service, only to finally confess a full week later that they didn't have anyone who was certified to work on our Kia Niro Hybrid car they sold us. The Service Manager admitted that they didn't have a Hybrid mechanic and recommended we take it to the Kia Dealer in Huber Heights. We will now have to wait 3 weeks to get service appointment with the only Kia Hybrid service agent while our Kia sits inoperable in our garage. Again, wouldn't/couldn't recommend Kia of Beavercreek. More
