Came in for my recall. Took less than 30 minutes, so I hope it was done ok. Said it was in the best shape he had ever seen any 2015. So I thought that was nice. I need to go back for my 60k check up in a while, it is the only KIA dealership that is remotely close to where I live and it is over an hour away. I did not have contact with the service department the only contact I had was with the white haired man at the podium who came and got me about 30 minutes after I got there. They did not reset my clock or where I had my setting after taking the battery out, but I got it put back to where it was. So I do hope things were done ok, guess with a recall you just have no way of knowing. More
Confirmation of my appointment was a challenge but once I arrived I was treated professionally and fairly. The hood was not latched when I left the dealership. Ordered my Kia Telluride from this dealership back in February of 2022. I live in Cincinnati and did not like the way the Wyler Kia Dealership was marking up cars above MSRP. My first Kia was a 2017 Kia Sorento SXL which has been a great vehicle. The Beavercreek Dealership was not charging a Dealer markup and was willing to order me my new Telluride at MSRP. The experience considering the environment was excellent. More
Chad was very helpful at finding some financing for us at a good rate. We did have to wait two months to get the car since they had none in stock and we had to pay $2000 down. The car was cleaned up and full of gas when we went to pick it up and Chad went over all the features with us and help set it up the phone. We felt it was an overall great experience and would recommend the dealer. More

I ordered a 2022 Kia Sorento PHEV SX-Prestige from Kia of Beavercreek Ohio back on December 4th, 2021. I agreed to pay MSRP in CASH $50,157.00. The dealer , Kia of Beavercreek, took a $500 deposit and said they would call me when they assigned a vin to my car before it was built...well they never called...month after month i waited, called the dealer, they said no information.. called Kia Motors America...no information....7 months go by and we decided to stop by Kia of Beavercreek and the manager said "oh it's in the back, it just got here"...we were shocked, went to go see it, they said we could pick it up monday, which is today..... go in today to get the final numbers to pay in cash..and the manager decides he wants me to trade in my current car, i said no thats my wifes car, he said if you don't trade it in I won't sell you the new car. I was shocked, i said that's not what we agreed to, i told him to show me documentation where it says i have to trade in a car to get the new car, he said he can't do that...he then said "i can make more money selling this car to someone else, goodbye"....i am so disgusted by this! what rights do we have as consumers anymore? I waited 7 months to get MY order in! I will NEVER buy a Kia again. A police officer asked if she could escort me to the dealer to get my $500 deposit back. The police officer called Kia of Beavercreek to explain the situation and the sales associate just hung up on her. I got my deposit back and i'm letting all of you know about what i went through. More
