My salesman took his time with me,and answered all my questions. He even took me to the service department and introduced me to the service manager so that I would be somewhat familiar with the process w questions. To keep it short and sweet, Bad business all around. Deceptive sales pratice, don't ask don't tell mentality. Typical used car salesman/management attitudes. Car wasn't even at the dealership when I Deceptive sales pratice, don't ask don't tell mentality. Typical used car salesman/management attitudes. Car wasn't even at the dealership when I arrived, gm was letting his wife drive it around while hers was getting serviced. Had to wait about 1.5-2 hours for them to even get the car to the dealership. Purchased a cpo car only to find out a few months later that it was involved in a accident, Robert was the salesman. And Zac is the GM I dealt with, when I asked them about why it wasn't disclosed I got, "because we don't have to" or "it was online". Poor management skills, expected the gm to be a little more professional then he was. Not even a attempt to apologize for the misunderstanding, but instead just a "I been doing this for 20 years we did nothing wrong" very unprofessional attitude in my opinion. Still waiting on that report, and owners manual by the way. Maybe you'll see the pattern now.. Stay clear of the dealership if you can help it!! More
The worst customer service EVER! Stay away and spend your hard money with a dealership that will appreciate and value you as a hardworking customer. COVID and the supply shortage is not a reason to treat cus hard money with a dealership that will appreciate and value you as a hardworking customer. COVID and the supply shortage is not a reason to treat customers as though they don’t matter. The General Manager Zac Frederick has no people skills and is a poor representative for Kia. Read his responses to the dealership reviews, they are snarky, thoughtless, and condescending. The bad customer service at this location starts at the top i.e. the GM and flows right through the office. When you have a customer in your office the focus should be on them not the paperwork on your desk, acknowledge their presence. Be advised if this dealership does not get to send over your loan application through their in-direct lending they will be quick to get upset. The bigger picture should be the car purchase $$$$ not the indirect kickback. I encourage everyone looking to buy a car to visit a local credit union for financing, initiate and sign your loan at the credit union not the dealer! You will be charged less for GAPP, they offer optional extended warranties and most of all you get treated with RESPECT! Don’t be pressured or intimidated by individuals looking to make an extra buck or meet a quota like the person mentioned above 👆. More

My family drove 30 minutes to Beavercreek Kia on 11/1/2021 to test drive a car that was listed on their website. The low fuel indicator came on during the test drive, as the vehicle only had 2 gallons in the tank. We met with a salesman after the test drive who wrote a price matching the website price on a piece of paper, as well as an "optional" $4,000 extended warranty. We told him that we did not want the extended warranty, and that we did not want to finance through Kia. After the salesman disappeared to his manager's office 3-4 times, the manager came out and and told us they would not sell us the car at the price that they advertised on their website, and provided to us after our test drive.
