Absolutely so rude and condescending. Can't even get someone to talk to you. How are they so incompetent to make a sale when I was begging them to sell me the car. Your call in system is bad. It took me the first day 4 hours to get to talk to the service department. The second day I never got connected to the service department. I came to Kia to get my 60,000 mile service done, it took a while, but I was satisfied with the service I received. I have had to come back up to the Kia of Beavercreek, two more times since the in the past a while, but I was satisfied with the service I received. When the vehicle arrived and I went in to complete the purchase, three items were missing from my "custom" build. I was not notified of this beforehand, only when I went to purchase the vehicle. MARK the service manager at the desk was very knowledgable and accommodating. He not only helped get the car in on time but made sure it was completed earlier than expected.
