Mickey - I personally chatted with you on our webpage and emailed you the purchase quote, the sales staff was busy all morning with local customers on the lot. You did not come personally to the dealership because you live all the way in Michigan (tell the whole story). You were informed that we currently only leasing vehicles to local customers not someone from Michigan. With the extremely low new car inventory I am not selling vehicles out of my local market so I am able to take care of my home market customers. This is nothing personal just business. In this post covid environment we live in supply chains for productS are in disarray. Kia is not holding up production of a vehicle because an accessory is not currently unavailable, they are producing the vehicle for the consumer.
