Only thing that could be better is that the critical finance documents are given more time to review before being signed. I understand that there are several forms to sign but we all know the critical ones ;-) More

Came in for my recall. Took less than 30 minutes, so I hope it was done ok. Said it was in the best shape he had ever seen any 2015. So I thought that was nice. I need to go back for my 60k check up in a while, it is the only KIA dealership that is remotely close to where I live and it is over an hour away. I did not have contact with the service department the only contact I had was with the white haired man at the podium who came and got me about 30 minutes after I got there. They did not reset my clock or where I had my setting after taking the battery out, but I got it put back to where it was. So I do hope things were done ok, guess with a recall you just have no way of knowing. More
Confirmation of my appointment was a challenge but once I arrived I was treated professionally and fairly. The hood was not latched when I left the dealership. Ordered my Kia Telluride from this dealership back in February of 2022. I live in Cincinnati and did not like the way the Wyler Kia Dealership was marking up cars above MSRP. This is my second purchase February of 2022. I live in Cincinnati and did not like the way the Wyler Kia Dealership was marking up cars above MSRP. This is my second purchase of the Kia brand. My first Kia was a 2017 Kia Sorento SXL which has been a great vehicle. The Beavercreek Dealership was not charging a Dealer markup and was willing to order me my new Telluride at MSRP. The experience considering the environment was excellent. More
