Not having new cars on the lot to choose from has made the auto acquisition process (from any dealer) a challenge. That said, we understood ordering one of the most valued cars on the market, a KIA Carni the auto acquisition process (from any dealer) a challenge. That said, we understood ordering one of the most valued cars on the market, a KIA Carnival, would take time...and be worth the wait. Just received our new KIA Carnival last week...and having a blast driving this amazing car! More

I ended up taking my car to the Kia dealer in Cincy and they had it fixed in about an hour. More

I was regularly and consistently disappointed with the customer care and communication throughout the process of purchasing a new car. I was told at the beginning that I would have access to an online por customer care and communication throughout the process of purchasing a new car. I was told at the beginning that I would have access to an online portal that would give me a progress report on the build and delivery of our new car. Despite repeatedly contacting the agent, I never received such access. I was told that the car would arrive on a certain date. I received no follow-up. Eventually I called to get an update and was informed that the car had arrived on site--when would I have been informed had I not called? I texted multiple times only to receive replies very occasionally with most texts going unanswered. When I arrived to pick up my car it took them two hours to clean the car and hand it over despite assuring me that it was a fast process once I arrived and paid in full (which I did). The staff knew that I was traveling internationally, thus creating a pinch point in our timing, and assured me that they would work to get the title in time for me to get my plates prior to departure. I currently have not heard from them after having been promised that I would be contacted, and I have two unanswered texts seeking information. I struggle to understand how someone handing over nearly forty thousand dollars could be so neglected by the staff in what was an otherwise completely normal process. More
