Don - Your family attempted to renegotiate the deal once the vehicle arrive. I was fine working the the sale with your family until your family threatened the dealership with lawyers/law suites. This is not how business is done at Kia of Beavercreek, once lawyers were threatened I refunded your $ 500 deposit and asked that you leave. We do great fair business for our customers (selling vehicles at MSRP when all other dealers are marking up prices) but I will not be threatened. We renegotiated the deal??? HOW? that is a blatant lie. You said if I don't trade in my wife's car that you would not sell me the Sorento! You literally gave me an ultimatum which altered our agreement! We agreed to MSRP and no trade in! How can you sit there and lie? You didn't want to sell me the car at MSRP because your salesmen sent me an email that same day with the car $5,000+ above MSRP! The car I ordered was already listed on your website for sale $5,000 above MSRP the same day we agreed I'd come pick it up! How can you lie and say "we're selling vehicles at MSRP" when I have proof you're not! Once you told me I had to trade in my wife's car or else you wouldn't sell me the car I ordered and made a $500 deposit on 7 months ago, that's when I said show me documentation where it says I had to trade in a car to buy a new car and you said "I can't" and then you said "I can make more money selling this car to someone else" which is an insane thing to say when you're in the "customer service" business. That's when I said I'd get a lawyer and you literally said "go ahead". In fact we talked to the police and even they were telling us we should file legal action because they were so disgusted at how you and your dealership treated us. The police officer working with us called your sales person to explain the situation and your sales person immediately hung up on HER! That is beyond disrespectful to a police officer. Speaking of, "once the vehicle arrived" you NEVER called or contacted us that the vehicle had arrived. In fact , in the 7 months since I ordered the vehicle you, nor anyone at your dealership, has ever called us and I have the phone records to prove it. I called about 10 other Kia dealerships and they've all said they know exactly what cars are coming in on the trucks so you saying it just "showed up" randomly without you knowing at all and not contacting me is ridiculous. Were you just not going to tell me it came and sell it to someone else and wait for me to cancel my deposit? I also called Martin's Management Group, the owner of Kia of Beavercreek and Kia of Dayton, to tell them what you did to me and they were told by you that you were handling this with me directly...which was a lie. Like I said, you have never called me. When the original sales person who took my deposit and order left your dealership would have been a good time to call me and let me know but did you? nope. I had to find out by stopping by the dealership randomly to check on the status of my order to find out you assigned someone new to work with me. He's never called us either. How are you in the business of "customer service" like you say you are? It baffles me. I'm really glad this is a public forum so everyone can see the truth. I've been posting my story all over the internet and other people have come out and said they canceled their car orders with Kia of Beavercreek because of the way you handled their orders. I also called Kia Motors America to file a dealer complaint. Face it, Zac...you got caught lying multiple times.

Mickey - I personally chatted with you on our webpage and emailed you the purchase quote, the sales staff was busy all morning with local customers on the lot. You did not come personally to the dealership because you live all the way in Michigan (tell the whole story). You were informed that we currently only leasing vehicles to local customers not someone from Michigan. With the extremely low new car inventory I am not selling vehicles out of my local market so I am able to take care of my home market customers. This is nothing personal just business.
