Received a letter offering a free ignition upgrade to fight theft for our 2021 Kia Forte. Called dealer, told them what it was for. They scheduled appointment about 5 days in advance. Had to make special fight theft for our 2021 Kia Forte. Called dealer, told them what it was for. They scheduled appointment about 5 days in advance. Had to make special arrangements to get to the appointment. Showed up and was told that they didn't have the part. They ran out. You'd think with AI they could have a built in inventory reorder system to make sure they always have parts they need. Big inconvenience. Customer Disservice. We'll see if they actually call back and reschedule us when they get the part, or if we just fell into a black hole. More
