They uphold they stereotype of car sales man being very shady and dishonest. They practice deceptive sales (Arsenio Thomas) and do not hold up their side of the deal. I was promised a number of things and only got 1 of the things promised and it took almost two months of consistent calling and texting. As soon as you spend your money with them and they make their quota they completely disregard you as a customer and it is almost impossible to get any help. I 100% regret giving them business and I would not suggest that anyone who values integrity and customer service to do business with them. More
