The Saga of Searching for a New Car After searching for a car in the Atlanta area for several weeks, we finally decided to take drastic measures and search outside of our local area. In our area, we simply were tired of the run-around from dealerships and unscrupulous actions by sales people. We never got straight answers and were always treated as second class citizens. That all changed when we contacted Kia of Auburn regarding a new Kia Sorrento. We initially were looking at Toyota's and Honda's, but felt that a Kia vehicle may be a viable option. We talked with Brandon Gray (our salesperson) and he provided great support on the phone, by email, and by text. He was extremely attentive to our questions and needs and went over and above to ensure that he answered all of our questions. After a few days of back and forth, we had a Buyers Order in hand and drove two hours to Kia of Auburn to checkout what we thought was a deal too good to be true - we were skeptical. After arriving and meeting with Brandon we soon found out that we had actually run into a honest and trustworthy salesperson. Everything he stated in his correspondence with us was true and accurate. We were shocked. The car waiting for us with all of the features (and more) that we required and the price was significantly less than what we had been quoted by dealerships in our local area. The process to purchase the car went very smoothly. During the process we met most of the personnel (Sales Manager, General Manager, Service Manager, Finance Manager, Business Office Personnel) at Kia of Auburn and they were all great. As a dealership, they were just an outstanding team to work with. Our purchase was a fantastic experience and we will actually make the trip to that dealership again for our next car purchase and will recommend Kia of Auburn to anyone and everyone we know searching for cars. I will never do business with kia of auburn again I will never buy from this dealership again! I bought a Dodge Journey from them December of 2014, I have had several issues with it since I got it! They can't fix anything on it because it is a kia lot! So they sent me to Tallassee Automotive, I was told everything was covered under my extended warranty! And it absolutely is NOT, I have had nothing but problems with Tallassee Automotive (same owners) ! And they have done nothing but lie to me and be very rude at KIA when all I was trying to do was get some answers! I do not appreciate being talked to like I have by the Employees at Kia or at Tallassee Automotive! I will never use either place again More
