NO SHUTTLE ARRIVED My son took his Kia Soul to Kia of Auburn for warranty work. When they called and told him that his car was ready they told him that they would send My son took his Kia Soul to Kia of Auburn for warranty work. When they called and told him that his car was ready they told him that they would send the shuttle to pick him up. That was at 3:45 this afternoon and he was never picked up. My son is a college student at Auburn who will need his car tomorrow to attend a class off campus. I am appalled that they did not pick him up nor did they call him back to let him know. This is our first time to use Kia of Auburn and it may be our last. Not impressed!!!! More

Marshell made my first new auto purchase in over 20 years an enjoyable and satisfying experience. This KIA All Star Team deserves an A+ in my opinion, they treat their customers like family. Marshell was incredible and never tried to sell me anything I wasn't looking for in my new SUV. I never intend to use my local dealership again. The 40 minute drive to meet this Team and experience what they have to offer is well worth it.
