Overall, the entire experience was painless (even filling out paperwork with Maverick, the sales manager, was fun!) except for one part. The trade-in. For that, we dealt with Luigi, who was disparaging and rude when negotiating the trade-in value. I would try to avoid dealing with him if possible. Otherwise, great dealership with a lovely staff! First new car purchase Having been recently promoted at work, I wanted to treat myself to a new car for my hard work. I researched many different Kia locations throughout central and southern Alabama, the Florida panhandle and Columbus, Georgia areas. After all of that searching, I found that Kia of Auburn was the best choice. I was pleasantly greeted by Taylor Rowell who had really helped me alot. The best part for me was that neither him or anyone else in that dealership were "pushy" and listened to my needs. I went there with a particular model in mind, and left with something completely different and prefectly suited for me and my family. The financing was easy, as I had already had my own financing completed prior. Not only did Kia of Auburn work to get my loan less, they even searched for more incentives for me! Overall, this was the best decision in my car shopping experience. I have officially become a car buyer from Kia of Auburn and I look forward to purchasing other vehicles from there as my children reach their driving ages. Thank you so much Kia!!
