When he saw our vehicle became up with a plan to trade our vehicle in and get us into 2 new vehicles instead of 1 while keeping us at our set budget. Above and beyond customer service! I'd been shopping around for about 2 weeks searching for a new or new to me (used) car. I saw a used car I was interested in online, and sent an inqui I'd been shopping around for about 2 weeks searching for a new or new to me (used) car. I saw a used car I was interested in online, and sent an inquiry. I spoke with Taylor and Brandon by text and phone and ended up scheduling an appointment for Saturday afternoon. Their dealership is 2 hours away from me. When I arrived, I met with Brandon. Brandon informed me that the car I'd selected had been sold, but he was confident he could find something I liked. I was skeptical and disappointed, but game him a shot. He asked me what I was looking for in a car, my must haves and if it was long term. Brandon then gained my confidence. He excused himself and told me he thought he had something I'd like. He showed me a used 2016 Hyundai Sonata. It was spacious, big trunk, hands free, great gas mileage, and I could get my almost 6 foot frame in the back seat comfortably with the drivers seat set to my specifications. They accepted my credit union drat, and made the car fit my budget. I met with Maverick and completed the paper work and arranged delivery to me in Americus,Ga for that following Monday. The car arrived, but I was missing floor mats and temporary tags. Brandon made sure he personally FedEx me the tags, and ordered floor mats to be delivered by FedEx. He has been more than responsive and caring. He's answered all my questions and researched several things for me. More
