However, while everyone’s situation is different, even when you have done your homework, buying a new car can be a stressful experience. Modern automobiles are expensive; there are many options to choose from, a myriad of financing options, and the emotions involved in making a major financial decision. I was fortunate to have considered Auburn Kia, and to have met Marshell McGuire. I had initially investigated the Kia Soul back in March 2016, but I was not ready to buy at that time. When I returned to the dealership in June with my wife, Marshell remembered us, and the vehicle I was interested in immediately. That was very impressive and demonstrated to me that this salesperson took a personal interest in making sure he took care of his customers. Throughout the car buying experience, Marshell was patient, answered all questions, did not pressure us to make a quick sale, and took the time to make this experience as pleasant as possible. Even after the sale was concluded, Marshell took the time to introduce us to the Service Team, and make sure the rest of the experience of taking my Kia Soul home was painless.
