Unprofessional I originally purchased a vehicle in 2018, my 1 year anniversary came and I was interested in a trade in, no one came to appraise my car I waited over I originally purchased a vehicle in 2018, my 1 year anniversary came and I was interested in a trade in, no one came to appraise my car I waited over an hour! My salesman (Chris) tried everything to get me in the telluride but because he wasn’t my original salesman management from what I could see was not interested in helping him get the sale. I will never get another vehicle from Kia of auburn. I feel like they went out there way to assist the other salesman but not the African amaerican salesman. You never know who someone knows. More
