Drove 2 hours after triple checked website AND called dealer to make sure it would be there. No problem it's right here. Decided we would check 20 mins away from dealer. After contacting the dealer about a vehicle I saw online, I was assured twice that the vehicle was still available and I should come in to test drive it. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was told the vehicle was sold earlier in the week but I should drive the next model up. I can’t express how unprofessional this was and left the dealership very frustrated and angry. While driving home I received a call from the salesman who indicated he wanted to try to make it right. He said he would search inventory and would bring a vehicle to me to drive. He also promised to have the Sales Manager contact me per my request. Neither of those two things has happened in 3 days as I have not heard a word. Very disappointing and unprofessional. It leaves me thinking that car dealers just cannot be trusted as you often hear complaints. Be wary of Kia of Anderson! More
