After contacting the dealer about a vehicle I saw online, I was assured twice that the vehicle was still available and I should come in to test drive it. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was told the vehicle was sold earlier in the week but I should drive the next model up. I can’t express how unprofessional this was and left the dealership very frustrated and angry. While driving home I received a call from the salesman who indicated he wanted to try to make it right. He said he would search inventory and would bring a vehicle to me to drive. He also promised to have the Sales Manager contact me per my request. Neither of those two things has happened in 3 days as I have not heard a word. Very disappointing and unprofessional. It leaves me thinking that car dealers just cannot be trusted as you often hear complaints. Be wary of Kia of Anderson! More
