If you take a minute to look at our other reviews you will see several that commend us on our open pricing and up front nature in dealing with our customers. You came back and purchased another vehicle with us because you trusted us and we want to show you that we have always honored that trust and always will. We are very sorry that you feel that you overpaid but I am VERY SURE that is not the case and I think this reply will put everything back into the proper perspective. Please understand that you are not purchasing and comparing a new car where all variables in vehicle condition, features and even market conditions are the same. 1.) Just because it is the same model vehicle does not make it the same car. It could have a bad accident history or flood damage, which thanks to Hurricane Irene, many vehicles in our area do and this would directly effect the resale value. 2.) It could have different options. 3.) It may not be a certified Kia with a certified warranty like our cars do! 4.) Market conditions are also a major factor in pricing a vehicle. 5.) You mentioned you saw the cheaper Kia months later- supply and demand dictate price in the market and in the winter months SUV's are in high demand and cars are not. These are just a few factors that affect our sales price. Our pre-owned Kia Prices are EXTRAORDINARILY competitive and we know this because our pricing philosophy requires us to take into account all competing dealers within 150 mile radius. As for the refinancing, I am hoping that you were not misinformed and instead you misunderstood that Juan was actually giving you great advice and so I do greatly apologize for the confusion. You can always refinance as long as you principle amount financed is above the financial institutions reserve limit (usually around or greater than $5,000). We only assist with financing the original purchase here but re-financing is very possible and we suggest shopping around for a great rate. If you would like, I would encourage you to call me directly where I could coach you in how to shop the rate but the first place I would go would be your personal banker.
