The front desk was great, but there’s no reason why it should’ve taken 2 1/2 hours to change my oil. This is the reason I’m going to go to my mechanic and have it done.

Everything went very well. Oliver worked with me for the sales end and everything was straightforward and pretty easy to navigate. On pickup day, they accommodated me right away when I arrived no problems whatsoever so that I could get going home in my new car. Washed and full tank. Leslie helped in financing as well, very friendly and efficient. One of the light sockets needs replacing but they assured me it would be replaced as a courtesy before I signed the paperwork so no charges there, the replacement will happen soon. Liked everything about the process, everyone is very friendly, honest and informative with my first time care buying experience.
