She accepted this purchase agreement verbally and in writing via email. As I was a long distance buyer, I offered to pay a deposit of $1,000. with the balance at pickup in a few days when I arrive. She said she would check with her manager. Now, when she got back to me, she said the car had just been sold. In fact, she said the buyer was driving away as we spoke. Turns out all of this was one big lie as I called the dealership the next day and portrayed being an interested buyer in this Passat and was told it is available! My guess is this is the old bail and switch game, or as Rachael A. said in her review, upon arrival, they were going to try to charge huge dealer fees thereby making this purchase way out of line. Bottom line? Avoid their games, there's plenty of other dealers that are honest. More

We confirmed the price on the phone, made an appointment to see the vehicle, and drove 3 hours to the dealership. We should have known something was wrong right away because they didn't even have the car gassed up and ready to go for a test drive. Then, they refused flat-out to give us the advertised price (claiming it was 12,000 - nowhere on cars.com was this listed). In addition, they tried to charge us $1700 in dealers fees and a $450 financing fee. I was treated like a child who didn't understand how the car business works. We walked out because of the rude treatment and dishonest pricing. To add insult to injury, we were there for over 2 hours and were often kept waiting, despite making an appointment. More
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!! RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS SCAM OF A DEALERSHIP!!!!!! I leased a 2014 Kia Sorento for my wife. We returned the car 3 months early on 10-1-16. When the RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS SCAM OF A DEALERSHIP!!!!!! I leased a 2014 Kia Sorento for my wife. We returned the car 3 months early on 10-1-16. When the car was returned we picked up a new 2017 Sportage. The old car WAS PAID IN FULL AND AN EMPLOYEE OF THE DEALERSHIP DROVE THE CAR 10-11-16 and got into an accident. The dealer never paid the body shop so they went to NYS and was able to sell it for salvage. MY CREDIT REPORT NOW HAS A CHARGE OFF FOR $21,000!!!!! The dealership never returned the car to Kia Finance, NOW THEY ARE COMING AFTER ME!!! This wonderful (ha) dealership won't return Kia Finances phone calls and says they aren't responsible even though we have police reports and other documentation stating the car was returned. IF YOU WANT A PROBLEM AND HEADACHES THEN USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
Dignity and Respct Car buying can be painful. Thankfully, Theon, Mike, Oliver, and the guys at Kia of West Nyack made the experience less stressful. Everyone treated us Car buying can be painful. Thankfully, Theon, Mike, Oliver, and the guys at Kia of West Nyack made the experience less stressful. Everyone treated us with dignity and respect and we were happy to settle on a deal. We wanted a Red Kia Soul and Theon promised that he could get me one and he delivered! Mike even drove out to Connecticut to pick it up for me! When the car took a little longer to arrive than anticipated, Theon offered to provide a rental car. Overall, I am truly appreciative of their support and respect throughout the process. Thanks guys! crooked managers After a pleasant experience test driving with a really nice older gentleman, we sit down to get the deal worked out and in comes the "manager" wasting After a pleasant experience test driving with a really nice older gentleman, we sit down to get the deal worked out and in comes the "manager" wasting my time with huge numbers. We went from 470 a month to under 300! Needless to say that was it for me, I stood on principle at that point and got a subaru instead. I felt so disrespected after being told "no" and "impossible" for 4 xxxxing hours and missing my god xxxx appoinment, then magically you make it happen? I dont like crooks and thats all they do here that whole mananagement team needs to be fired. More

Since then, I have been receiving mail from Kia for a Timothy Frost regarding his denial for a loan that he applied for on May 11th. I contacted my salesman, Oliver, who was clearly inexperienced, so he directed me to Julio the sales manager. Julio did not respond to my messages so I went back to the dealer and spoke with him. He said that Timothy Frost was in fact linked to my address and could not understand why. He called Kia Finance and they told him that I should not be receiving anymore mail for him. I have since received 2 more pieces of mail. 2nd problem: My registration for my vehicle never came in the mail. I called Oliver again, who said that he "never experienced this before" so I would have to talk to the managers. He said it was very busy so I can leave a message. I told him I would stop in, so again I drove down to the dealer. When I arrived, the dealer was empty, and the salesmen, including Oliver were sitting at their desks staring into space. Oliver hopped up when he saw me and said he would get the manager right away, then came back and said that because it was a weekend, there was nothing they could do because it's a DMV issue. He said that he would call me Monday morning. Surprise, surprise, no call from Oliver or any Kia of West Nyack employee, my temporary registration had expired, so if I got pulled over I was getting a hefty ticket, so I went on the DMV website and order a new registration. I printed out a new temporary registration and my permanent one was here within a week. To my surprise, I received another permanent registration in the mail from a dealer. It was not from Kia of West Nyack, it was from Chrysler, Dodge on Boston Post Road in the Bronx! What?!?! I love an hour from the Bronx, and not once have I even dealt with this dealer. 3rd problem: Received a call today from Sirius telling me that my free trial is up in August. I like the service so I decided to renew until she confirmed my information they had on file. They had this Timothy Frost's email!!! I told them to change it immediately and that I will give them a call back when this is resolved. 4th problem: I called Kia to speak to the General Manager, Bob but there is something wrong with the phone lines. This has happened before. It seems that every time I call, no one returns my calls, or the receptionist hangs up on me. It has only been just shy of 3 months since I leased from them and I CAN NOT WAIT to return my lease and not deal with Kia of West Nyack anymore. Absolutely horrible customer service! More

They called me confirming that the car i inquired was available and set up an appointment for me to come and see the car. When I arrived to the dealership , I was told that the car was not available. Then, as I was ready to leave, the salesperson found it and showed me the car I came for. After Inspected the car I found out that it was really beat up with a number of deep scratches and dents. Front bumper was loose, Interior of the car was dirty and many parts were sticky. Nevertheless sales manager claimed that the car was in excellent condition and the price of the car was 29000 not 26,700 as it was advertised online. - I just laughed. Very unprofessional and tricky. I found the car I wanted signed agreement of buying the car, and I gave them the deposit. When they received the check in the mail wouldn’t take the check because it wasn’t certified, unless I toke half of it for cash from my family behind they back who gave the check to them, and finance the other half so they can make money on the financing. Because I said no they wouldn’t sell the car, and they haven’t got back in touch with me about my deposit there suppose to send back, and the personal check that was sent out for 15k. The sales rep I was dealing with Louis Acosta, and his partner was Leo. When I asked why this did happen I thought I was getting the car? Louis said this is what the manager wanted because they were getting a lot of interest on the car and they can make more money if they sell it to someone else. More
