I would like to leave some feedback on how I been served at local kia store, I bought my car at this current kia store and, I felt like I was treated I would like to leave some feedback on how I been served at local kia store, I bought my car at this current kia store and, I felt like I was treated unfairly, since I needed to change my oil I decided to go and get it done, but sadly I was mistreated and asked an employee, if he speaks Spanish and his response was very disrespectful and offensive, he laughed at me with the other employees. Also because I didn't have an appointment, I had to wait 2 more hours later because they were busy on break so I wait. When I came back they told me that I had to wait 1 hour more just to change my oil. The reason, this report is because I feel like ur employees should have manners towards any customer. More
Blue tooth I am having a problem with blue tooth and am told that my phone isn't authorized to use blue tooth, but for 4 years I had no problem and now I do. Also Iasked them to check the driver's shoulder harness as it doesn't always rewind fully and I was told that it was our of warranty by 6 weeks, so they couldn't do that. Service on my car was done well. It took about 1hr 15min for oil change and tire rotation. The manintence guy who worked on my vehicle went over and beyond to help me with walking me and my kids, holding doors, taking my patent while it was still being worked on so that once it was done we could leave. Pulling my car up to where we were located, opening car doors. He really did above and beyond. More
Criminals and Liars! STAY AWAY! I told them where I wanted to be and they got me there, subject to credit and lender, which was fine. Salesman told me based on my credit everything should be okay. But that The finance manager Albert would handle it and get me the best rate. I have 2 brand new cars less than 1 year old, and a home and make a good living and my wife has a 804 credit score and I knew my score was between 720-769. Based on multiple different apps, websites and credit monitoring sites. Albert Torres told me that my paperwork was all set and he had printed all my DMV and bank documents. I asked if we could verify the term, payment and rate? Albert told me we will get to that but let’s get thru the DMV stuff first. I thought this was odd... well he told me my score came in lower than the top tier from Kia. He told me I was a 680-710 and that the bank wouldn’t help me out because they were strict. Said I was a “Tier 3”, I asked to see my score and he said he didn’t have it and if he did there was no way to show it to me, as it was an internal document. It’s my credit score, why would it be an internal document? I had a bad feeling and wanted to leave but Albert told me not to worry and that he worked it out with the bank. Well worked it out meant the rate was 2% higher than I was quoted based on my “tier” and my payment went up $96 a month. I was shocked. He told me that the payment went up due to the rate and the taxes and the contract fees. Then I noticed that the bank wasn’t even Kia anymore, they switched banks. I was about to walk out when the Finance manager told me he was going to talk to the sales manager. He came back to tell me that they made a mistake and that the loan would go to Kia but that kia required me to pay $2,500 in contract fees or I had the choice to finance a $2,500 kia warranty instead. I asked if I had to pay the contract fees and he said yes or you can get the kia warranty and they will waive the $2500 contract fee. He kept reminding me that it would be better to pay for a warranty versus paying kia the contract fees and getting nothing for it. But the way I looked at it was either way my payment was going up and they were adding $2500. I left and bought a car elsewhere and found out that I was approved by Kia tier 1 with no problem at 0% and the $2,500 Warranty was 100% OPTIONAL AND NOT REQUIRED. and that this dealership lied to me about “CONTRACT FEES”. Before writing this review of this scam, I read this dealership and their Finance team have tried this one of multiple peopl. The other kia dealers told me to report this dealership to the BBB and NY DMV and the AG, which I did. Kia is lucky I liked the car enough to take my business to another Kia dealership after this horrible experience with Tony and Albert. More
