Terrible service. There was one financial person There should be more then one financial person. It took us 10 hours to get us approve. No water offer or food offers. It was misery in there. If there is a person on vacation you should have a back up.i wont recommend no one to come there. It was very frustrating. Third worst car buying experience in 45 yrs It was a week long fight to get the dealer to fix the brakes on a Rio. The manager agreed to have brakes fixed after I caked Kia corporate office in C It was a week long fight to get the dealer to fix the brakes on a Rio.
